COURSE OVERVIEW 

The B.Sc. Nursing program is designed to prepare students to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while meeting the highest academic and clinical standards. Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required for registration as an Adult Nurse, ensuring they can provide person-centered care in diverse healthcare settings.

The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge in biosciences, social and environmental sciences, and psychological theories, emphasizing their application to nursing practice. Students will gain a deep understanding of global, national, and environmental determinants of health, along with the critical role of nurses in delivering care at both individual and population levels. They will also develop proficiency in conducting complex needs assessments and implementing nursing interventions at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
