COURSE OVERVIEW

The B.Sc Cardiac Technology program provides in-depth knowledge of the heart’s functions, electrical conduction system, and cardiovascular disorders. Students gain expertise in operating diagnostic equipment, capturing imaging results, and analyzing data to support accurate diagnoses. The curriculum covers key areas such as cardiac catheterization, hemodynamic monitoring, and prevalent heart conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular diseases. Through hands-on training, students develop the technical skills required to assist in cardiac procedures and surgical interventions.

This program prepares students to work as essential members of the cardiac healthcare team, assisting physicians in both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
